I've lived my life focused on achieving my next goal for as long as I can remember. Big goals, little goals, I love the feeling of getting things done and feeling accomplished. 

 

However, I do not love feeling defeated and or exhausted all the time. 

 

When my list changed from being a sense of purpose & organization to owning me - I was becoming unhappy and forgot why I was working so hard.

 

Your health is the foundation of your ability to do so much, so it needs to be on your list of to-do's!

 

And, life isn't worth living unless you have family and friends to enjoy it with, relationships deserve your attention.

 

We can be effective & efficent in ALL the roles in our lives and be happy and well rested at the same time!
